Hello! I found this site a few months ago and have enjoyed reading all the baking entries! I am a home baker that bakes cakes/pies for area catering companies and some area businesses. I love to bake but do not have any formal training. I enjoy reading all the threads related to baking from some of the "professional" bakers. I have already learned so much!

My favorite and most requested cakes are carrot and anything chocolate. Both are good recipes! :)
