Welcome from the East Bank of the St. Croix river. I am a home cook that has been practicing at the stove for over 35 years. I enjoy cooking meats and pasta. My baking skills are non-existant but family and friends are always hanging around to see what I might be doing on the grill or stovetop. Cooking and reading provide great joy. Over the years I have accumulated over 500 cookbooks, mostly vintage ones from the 20's, 30's and 40's. :bounce:

You mentioned "what might develop on the grill or stovetop"... what might they find there?
