Hello to all,
I’m so glad to have stumbled onto such an informative website! I’m from an Italian family in San Francisco who has deep roots in the business of food.
I now live in the foothills of the Sierra in California on five acres where I plan to start a commercial Mandarin Orange farm next year. In the mean time I have a kitchen to remodel which is one reason I joined this forum.
Although my profession doesn’t involve the food business I do however have a passion for culinary excellence having been steeped deeply into food appreciation all my life. I love it all. Just don’t put any fish or fruit on my pizza!
