Welcome to Chef Talk, GettingBetter. As GoneFishin said, there is a lot to read in the archives. Just use the search button to enjoy the older posts.

Many of us (myself included) are home cooks. I never thought I'd have such an extensive community of professional cooks, chefs and bakers to call upon!

Make yourself at home.

Regards,
Mezzaluna

Where are you cooking? Since we're both in Chicago I may have to stop in your place and test your skills ;)
