Hello every1. I'm 17, and I am from New Orleans. Im only senior in high school, but I would really want to be a chef. I am lucky enough to go to a school with a culinary program, and i'm taking full advatnage of it. I'm taking all of the culinary classes that they have to offer. The only thing is idk how REAL chefs are, such as the lifestlye and such. So I just so happen to see this forums, and I joined. I hope I can learn a lot from all of you, thanks!
