Hi everyone,

Let me introduce myself here. :chef:
I am popularly known as DietChef, both in real life and in work. This is basicaly because of my interests in healthy food and living, diet recipes, diet method of cooking and nutrition.

Welcome, DietChef. We hope to benefit from knowing you, and that you benefit from connnecting here. Many of us are concerned about cooking and eating fresh ingredients with a minimum of processed ingredients.
