Food Pairing Book

Hi There

Can anyone recommend a good wine pairing book. I usually use the internet as my source but because some meals have more than one dominant flavour, I'm never really sure what to pair.

Any books you recommend?

Good Paring Book if you are still looking

A very good book that I use often is The Wine Lover's Cookbook by Sid Goldstein, Copyright 1999, Chronicle Books LLC, San Francisco. It has many recipes and gives parings for many types of dishes.
