Well, here I am, time to move on from boiled eggs and beans on toast.

Seriously though - I love 'major' cooking but hate day to day.:lips:

Hello Phil,a nd welcome to Chef Talk. You've come to the right place to expand your cooking repertoire.

For many of us, special occasion cooking is lots more fun than everyday cooking. It's a daily ritual to stand in front of the pantry or at the meat counter at the grocery and think, "What am I going to make for dinner??" It gets tiresome, all right.
