If you haven't stopped by the Culinary Students forum section please be sure to stop by and check out Chris Ward's online journal as he shares his experience while attending cooking school in France. Chris is a fantastic writer and I think you will enjoy checking out his adventures in France.

Quite awhile ago we hosted the only journal of Logan Worley while he changed careers and attended culinary school. It you enjoyed Logan's journal then I think you will also enjoy Chris's journal.
