Chef,

What is the situation in your restaurants regarding externships and/or interships and what is the application process for interested individuals outside the immediate area without local school association?

We do offer programs in our kitchen, they are limited--due to the size of our kitchen. You can always send your information to our Managing Chef at the restaurant.
