I love Huevos Rancheros. I rate restaurants by their ranchero sauce. It seems to me that ranchero sauce has more onion flavor and picante sauce has more tomato flavor. Is there a difference between a ranchero sauce used on Huevos Rancheros and a picante sauce used as a table condamet?
