Thank you

Thank you, Nicko. I'm looking forward to hearing from your readers. I love food and my work as a recipe tester, and I never get tired of talking about either subject!

Please add my greetings to Nicko's and everyone's. I'm looking forward to learning more about how to plan dinner parties, as I seem to be having more of them now that I'm retired.

Welcome! And thank you for being with us at Chef Talk.

Thank you very much. What size are your dinner parties? Are they casual or formal? I'm always interested in hearing how people like to entertain.

Welcome.

Thank you for taking some time to share your expertise with us. I look forward to a great few days.

Denise,

I like to keep them small- my husband and I plus one or two other couples. My biggest challenges have been figuring out how to provide a nice menu when one of the diners is a vegetarian (but not Vegan). I think I'll start a thread on the topic of menus for "mixed" dinner parties.

Welcome, Denise! I somehow missed your arrival, but I'm happy to see that you made it, and look forward to learning a thing or two about what you do!
