Im a young sous chef in a little french bistro. I love food and wine, and everything that goes with it. im on this web site to find out what other people are doing in their restaurants. I hope to learn from other professionals at the same time. thanks for having me on here.

So Whats Everyone doing for their Valentines menu? Ive got a few ideas, nothing to crazy, but very tasty and very simple. id love to hear your ideas.
