Hello fellow foodies. I am a personal chef in Columbus Ohio and I have been either a line cook or sous chef at any given time over the last fifteen years in many restaurants and catering companies. I recently started my own buisness as a personal chef after the restaurant I had been at for the last two years was just purchased any much of the old staff fired. Buisness has been surprisingly good so far. I thought I would join this forum to, at the very least, have a little fun and see if I can pick up any fresh ideas.
