Hello everyone,

I've got all kinds of questions for my new cooking inspiration so I thought I'd join a forum. I've been searching the web but I've been getting "too" much information about what I don't need to know and not enough of what I do. Sound familiar?

I need some hands on experience to talk to so I hope I'm in the right place. You let me know.

My next culinary adventure is: Roasted suckling pig! Tell me what you know folks!

We're glad you have you with us at Chef Talk. A number of our members are Greek or of Greek descent. My family has close Greek friends and I've visited Ellas as well. The cuisine is a topic of discussion here, too.
