Hi everybody,

I have many questions to ask so cheftalk watch out! My user name is a reminder to myself to take it slowly and it is ok if I don't succeed on the first try ... there is always tomorrow. Take baby steps (yes this is from the movie "What About Bob?") I wanted to name myself "amateur of all amateurs" but that was too long for computer's liking. Babysteps will work lol

FYI: I tend to make grammatical errors, so pardon my english. Please edumacate me in cooking and in english!!

Yours truly,
babysteps

Hi Babysteps,

I was raised outside of San Diego in Santee. Left that area in '72.
