We visit Orange County often

Hello and welcome to Cheftalk, Jhorne. You have added your introduction to a very old thread!

I hope you will have a good look round and join in some of the 'conversations' which interest you.

There are a few fora here that are for Professionals to use to talk to other professionals in the culinary trades, etc - unless you are a professional then we ask that new members refrain from corresponding in those fora, although they are interesting to read (I'm not a professional chef, either!).

However, we have ALL levels of cooks here, from 'can't boil water' to master chefs. Just jump into those topics where you feel you'd like to comment!
