grilled chicken parmesan?

Thread Starter
I want to try a recipe I came up with on my own. I was thinking I could grill the chicken breasts on my George Foreman grill, and top it with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. What could I season the chicken with or should I marinate it?

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

back to the question at hand

The real answer depends on your personal taste.
Just grilled with salt and pepper is a true simple classic.
Brinning first will add flavors and moisture.
A marinade is also great--I like Italian dressing (sometimes, simple is best).

In the end--its up to you. Tinker with the dish to find your favorite version--and enjoy the journey!!:lips:
