I bought one of these just for making osso buco. I found myself using it for a lot more than just that. I make tomato sauce in it, chili, any excuse I have to bust it out, I do. I absolutely...

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

Corporate fast food stores make their processed products in bulk and ship them to the franchise stores (in 55 gallon drums for all I know.) The poisons they add to it in the processing make it vile to eat from the store and I am always puzzled when posters ask for the recipe. Why would you want to eat in the first place and worse, why would you want to recreate it at home?
You may have guessed, I'm vehemently opposed to processed fast food. But I also recognize that some people actually like it. And, seriously they do some horrible things to the food to make it taste the way it does - things you cannot possibly recreate at home. Not to mention the recipes are proprietary and usually kept secret so it's unlikely you would be able to find it anyway.
