thanks for the welcome.
Thanks for the welcome .my restaurant is going to be based on the word "neigbourhood"I want to have an input in the local community.I'm going to create a space for people where they can come & eat good food ,that has been sourced from local suppliers & not the big commercials..a meeting place that can be used by groups of people... for example I have plans for book a reading club, wine tasting, cooking competions where the customers get the chance submit a recipe idea & see it go on the weekly specials board.to employ local people
& to train & hopefully pass the little knowledge that I have on to anybody who would like to make it in the wonderful world of catering:crazy: Anyhow thats the theory.... my background is in small restaurants having just finished in a tapas restaurant which i set up & is very established. Before that i ran a very busy italian for 17 years..ta ta for now
