Hello I'm New Too
Hello,I'm a newbie too. Just wanted to send you a wave hello.
I'll be moving to Boston soon and your post caught my eye. Hope to see your posts.
I came to this forum to try to find a really good wedding cake recipe. I have several good ones, but still looking.
I'm disappointed in the results of my genoise. I'm told they taste delicious, but my chocolate genoise cakes just don't outdo my standard chocolate cake recipe. My standard is a heavy cake, which I like... but contributes to structural challenges.
