Cakerookie, I live right next door to the middle of nowhere, so unfortunately I doubt I could find a Wilton class locally, though I have not asked yet. Maybe that will be my next class! I took the class at a local community college. The instructor said that she may offer a follow-up class in the future.
Panini, I used the "Snow White Buttercream" recipe that comes with the Wilton Merangue Powder (without the almond extract, this is what we used in class) BTW- I'm female (I don't care if its PC!:crazy: ) I'd take you up on the opening if I lived in TX!:lol:
