Hi, I'm looking for a small commercial kitchen anywhere in the greater los angeles area to launch an allergen-free cookie line.  I need the kitchen exclusively (no shares), so as to avoid cross contamination with possible allergens.  Anybody know of an available kitchen with mixers, ovens, etc?  Even one that might become available in the near future?  Thanks so much!

Looking to hourly rent a small commercial kitchen in the Monterey Bay/Salinas, CA area.

Also...in CA what are the common rental rates? Is it based on how often you need it, and the amount of area?

Thanks!

A new commercial shared use kitchen, featuring unique incubator services, will be opening very soon in the mid-Michigan area. There is a needs assessment survey at www.surveymonkey.com/s/incubake. We will fill requests on a first come, first serve basis. You can also reach us at incu.bake@gmail.com.

Here is a referral I got recently . Ck http://www.eclecticcookery.com/html/facilities.html   When I looked at it , seemed like had possibilities.

I think it had to be conveyed up to specs for Health inspections....churches are not under wellbeing examination jurisdiction, but as I'm leasing the kitchen and it's my enterprise it had to be inspected.

You might want to check some of the local motels in the area that have kitchens, some are floundering and looking for new blood and you might pick up a small restaurant to boot in the deal.

I have found the term  "kitchen incubator"   in the major search engines produces shared kitchens places more often then "looking to rent a commerical kitchen". I just discovered one of the local College's has one a few miles from my home.
