recipes for convection/microwave

Hi there,I am familiar with using a microwave, however have recently bought a convection/microwave but do not have a recipe book to use the convection part of my microwave. Does anyone have any simple recipes for roasts, casseroles etc?:crazy:

WHEN COOKING WITH CONVECTION ,RECIPE ADJUSTMENT IS REQUIRED NORMALY 25 DEGREES LOWER THEN STATED RECIPE CALLS FOR. CONVECTION COOKS BY FORCED RECIRCULATING HEAT, MICROWAVE COOKS BY TIME:talk: IN THE TRADE WE REALY DO NOT USE MICROWAVE TO COOK, ONLY TO HEAT OR REHEAT. IT DOES HOWEVER A FAIRLY GOOD JOB ON SOME FISH AND SOME VEGES.
