My interest is in perfecting the use of the bar-b-que grill. The problem I have found is that if you look at cookbooks and websites concerning bar-b-que, they all stress southern-style bar-b-que, such as pulled pork, pork shoulders, ribs, etc.
I am using my bar-b-que for grilling. I hope to come close to restaurant-quality steaks, lobster, skewers, etc. I am not a chef, nor do I have professional equipment, but I believe I can compete with my neighborhood steak restaurant, as far as quality goes.
