I tried out cookscentral's recipe of the month...and I can now finally see why it earned such a title!

I made this chicken last night and although it isn't the quickest recipe to make...it was delicious... There was not even an ounce of left overs! Something about the combination of these particular ingredients made it so good and juicy.
