New and Starting a Business

Thread Starter
Hello,
I am new to the forum and interested in discussing personal cheffing and private cooking instruction with anyone currently running this type of business.
I also have a one-year old and am specifically interested in anyone in a similar situation who may be able to give me an idea of if a part-time schedule is feasible.
Looking forward to meeting new people and sharing thoughts and feedback on this type of business.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Chris. You've found a fantastic place to get the kind of advice and feedback you're looking for. You'll note that we have a forum that focuses on the kinds of questions and issues you're interested in, so I'm sure you'll head there soon. But don't miss the cooking articles (some new ones were just posted), cookbook reviews, recipes and the e-newsletter as well as the host of other forums! If you've got a particular subject in mind but don't see it currently listed, try using the search feature to locate threads that included your topic.

Enjoy! Good luck with your venture,
Mezzaluna

I currently own a cooking school and upon request do personal cooking instructions. I do not do anything related to personal chefs since where I live, they require a professional kitchen when you serve food to others. I run a home based business.

Did you have any specific questions?
