I am posting these in different spots, because I am getting no responses. Maybe this section can help...is anyone here familiar with the CIA wine program at greystone? Has anyone here actually taken or completed the course?

Stewy...I have not personally taken the wine program at Greystone, but did take a # of classes there.I have a graduate who just returned from a month long class on wine in Napa. I will be talking with her soon and will try to post her experiences. I did look over the itinerary for the program and found it excellent. I will say that I've studied both at Beringers and Greystone and find the environment outstanding for the study of both food and wine.
