This is a great place and depending upon your interests, you'll find lots to keep you busy. I usually check out the professional catering threads, then the professional chef. There area always wonderful recipes in the recipe section and some of them have even made it to my menu.
There's a wealth of knowledge on this board, but most of the contributors are working so there may be a wait to get someone to answer your questions. Most times, when you do get an answer or comment, you can bet it's correct!
