G'Day all foodies

I'm having a 1/3 life (too young for mid-life) career change from sales to Chef. I'm 1/2 way through a culinary course and work P/T as a cook in a local pub.

Recently won a silver medal in my first cooking comp and the feedback from the judges has assured me I'm making the right career change.
