How's it going! I'm Mike, professional chef from the Chicagoland area. Just joined tonight and looking forward to some enlightening culinary conversation. As you might guess, I'm a huge fan of Ironchef, both Japanese and American. I've been in the business for 18 years now. Started when i was 14 busting suds and graduated from the school of Hard Knocks. Somehow, i attained my first sous chef position at age 16.
