I'm stranded over-seas in Asia and if I don't get some good pizza soon I'm gonna die. Problem is very bad pepperoni over here. Ok, so I make my own. Right? I need a good recipe. Please write the recipe for some-one who has never even seen it made. Many Thanks

Can you get premade pizza dough?
What toppings can you get?
For that matter, what can you get to make pizza?
Are you going to do it totally from stratch considering you've never made pizza before?

If you are making it from scratch I can help you with a few recipes of my own. Thin or thick or medium pizza dough?

for pepperoni making

Yes, Moderator,
I am indeed asking for a recipe for peperoni making. I make a killer pizza provided I can obtain the ingredients. And for me, I'm a hard core sausage, mushroom and pepperoni guy.

Give this a try: http://homecooking.about.com/library...e/blpork85.htm

I Googled "pepperoni recipe" and found tons of hits. This one makes 10 pounds, but there are many, many others to choose from.

Let us know how it turns out!

pepperoni

I now have plenty of recipes on making pepperoni. As it will take 6 weeks to "cure" it will be awhile before I know how it comes out. Thanks all. End thread
