Diced Meat?

Other than a knife, mincer or bowl cutter which small scale machine do I use to dice raw meat to about 25mm / 1” cubes. The only machines I have found are 1000kg per hour output, a little large. I would like to find a worktop single phase machine to process a batch of about 20kg / 44 pounds at a time with a side eject into a tray. Something like a robot coupe veg prep machine but for diced meat would be ideal.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't help you with that in the UK. In the States, I would look for a Hobart Buffalo Chopper. I am not sure if they sell Hobart in your country.
