I am retired but decided to become a culinary student who now appears to be graviatating to baking. My first goal is becoming a CPC now.

I come from a medical back round as a Physician Assistant in the military. A very bad auto accident with the resulting TBI, traumatic brain injury, makes that profession a no-go now.

Looking forward to all the insights, ideas and recommendations form all.
