:bounce:Hi, I just discovered ChefTalk and I'm excited to be able to communicate with so many people that share the same love of food that I do. Sometimes I feel like I'm more of a "Mom" to sixty co-ed students and all of their friends, but since I've been cooking at Stanford University for more than thirty years, I think I should get to call myself a chef. I'm lucky because I get to meet some of the brightest kids in the world each school year. I spend nine months trying to keep them happy and healthy and from not missing home too much. Then I get three months off from work before I get a new batch. I love working within the school system! Lets not forget three weeks off for Christmas and Spring Break! It's not like cooking out there in the real world, which is why I've held on to my job for so long. I'm looking forward to discovering the world of ChefTalk. jerrylives:beer:
