Interview at Biaggis

Well I have an interview at Biaggis (A franchised upperscale Italian restaurant) Saturday with there EC. Has anyone ever had any experience with this place and do you think it would be a good place to start for someone trying to get there foot in the door of this business. I spoke with him over the phone and told him that I was very interested in doing this professionally one day and he seemed very excited and tried to get me in as soon as possible. :lips:

Any other advice for someone starting out would be appreciated also!

Biaggi's does almost everything right IMHO. Go for it.

I've never heard anything negative concerning Biaggi's. They obviously have a fine reputation which tells you something in itself. I have also heard that they don't shortcut and try to do everything right.
