Hello everyone, this is my first time posting, looking forward to kitchen talk! I just got the kitchen manager postition at my restaurant. Looking forward to opening 'NOVO' next wed (9/20). We had to close for 9 months to retrofit the building (open for 3 years prior to retrofit). We're the talk of the town with global cuisine and creekside dining. Wish me luck, its gonna be busy!
