Hi everyone. My name's Will, I'm 16 and in 10th grade. I've been interesting in cooking for a while and recently I've been trying to learn proper technique and such. Annnnd thats all I can think of at the moment. :lips:

Hiya Will! Welcome to ChefTalk. Seattle is a great place to be if you love to cook. Great fish down at the Pike Place Market. I get out there every once in a while to visit my brother in Bellevue.

Hello Will and welcome to Chef Talk. We have a good many students here.... Now that I think of it, we all are to some degree! You'll find good advice, chances to reflect and explore, and great information. I suggest you try taking a look at the archives, and using the search button to locate earlier threads on topics of interest- particularly relating to culinary schools and what it's like to be a culinary student. We realize that each person's journey is unique, but there are similarities you can profit from in others' experiences.
