Hello...I am a 60 year old VERY adventurous cook. Raised with old fashioned Irish/Scot cooking. lol Family of 14. But have been cooking Oriental style for most of last 30 years. I eat anything...literally...from locusts and snakes to me own made haggis. I cook 95% from scratch. included my own salt pork and pickles. If you can eat it...so can I. lol
