Pan question.

i've received a few second hand (but still in EXCELLENT condition) pans. I'm not too knowledgable on pans so i've a question.

These pans appear to be Stainless Steel, but are apparently non-stick because i REALLY have to get something hot (or screw up and put brown sugar in the mix) to get anything to stick & burn on the bottom. There is no Teflon coating, so what are these things made of? I love them and i'm wanting to get a set of the same make-up with metal handles so i can use them in the oven, if need be.

nah, after investigation they turned out to be Revere. GREAT pans! :chef:
