Re: Airline chefsI'm not an airline chef but I have been approached for the job. If I wasn't so afraid to fly I might have done it. If you're thinking about taking a job though I reccomend going for privately owned planes. Like a charter company. They pay well and you also get to work with higher income clientele equaling you getting to do fabulous food all of the time rather than just sandwiches and tv dinner style food. Drawback is that you work when they need you not around your schedule. Anyways, just my input.
