The Culinary field is my first passion..I am ACF CSC and have been cooking professionally for over 30 years.I am presently employed by Aramark as a Sous Chef at The College of William&Mary in Williamsburg,VA.I just ran across your site and it looks like it would be allot of fun helping others and sharing ideas.Cheers........:cool:
