Hi just like to introduce myself before i start asking qeustions and maybe givving answer's

i'm sjaakie from holland
being a chef now for 15 years in all kind of kitchens and all kinds of levels
reason i jumped in on this board is to keep upated what's happening in the kitchen's all over the world.
i have no cleu how freqeuntly i will look arround up here but that depends on how intresting the topics are that week i suppose.

Hello Sjaakie and welcome to Chef Talk! We have a number of members from the Netherlands here as well as from all over the world. I'm sure you'll enjoy the Chefs' forums and all the discussions, articles, recipes, etc.

I've visited the Netherlands several times and have friends in Den Helder. In fact, I was in Dordrecht on the day that Apollo 11 landed on the moon.
