my name is wyatt maguire, i am 25 and currently live and work in nyc. the reason why i joined this website was because i need some help. i want to know if anybody knows of any up coming cooking competitions. i am looking for stuff to do on the professional level. i read someones response to another person, the reccomended the academie de france. i competed in that 2 years ago, but competitions along those lines. i know the afc is huge into it but, i am not a memeber.
also, i am interested in other restarunts people have worked in over in europe. up until last january, i worked at le gavroche in london. has anybody heard of it? i want to back to europe but this time to france, wondering if anybody could tell the easiest way to get visa into france.
