Evening

Good evening. I've been lurking on these forums for a while and finally joined up.

My name's Joe. I grew up in a family owned resteraunt and while I am not a professional chef I have a great love for cooking.

I'm big on cakes right now. I've made several to really good effect, but I keep experimenting (my birthday's coming up and i refuse not to have a perfect cake).
