Just relocated from NYC to Orange County, California. What a different vibe! Don't know how long it will last. Love the produce out here however, and will enjoy it while I can. (Especially the foie gras, since that'll be gone by 2010!!)
I've worked in the industry long enough to know what I'm doing, but short enough that I still have loads to learn! At this point, I'm most concerned about perfecting sauces and learning more sophisticated techniques with food.
