Aloha!!

Woo hoo!! A cooking forum!! What a great find. I look forward to diving into the archives of posts and adding new ones.

As my name suggests, I am a self-taught amateur chef. Hopefully I will be able to occasionally add useful info (perhaps on Asian cuisine). I am blessed that my significant other was born and raised in Thailand. I am also grateful to live on a tropical island with a huge Asian/Polynesian culinary influence.

Aloha!

Aloha and welcome to Chef Talk. We hope that your enthusiasm for cooking will mean frequent visits to this community. Browse the forums, read the great cooking articles, cookbook reviews, and sample the recipes, too.

Enjoy the community!
Regards,

P.S.- Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello Sachdana and welcome to Chef Talk.

Just click on the name of any of us moderators (our names are on the main page in the right-hand column) and send a message to us if you have questions about the board. (We may be roasting our turkeys today, but before long we'll get back to you :bounce:)

Feel free to start a thread of your own ("New Thread") and tell us about yourself- what you like to cook, etc. It's perfectly fine that you posted in OahuAmateurChef's thread :) but you can start your own here in the Welcome Forum (or any forum) if you like.

We hope you enjoy browsing and participating!

Welcome,
Mezzaluna
