Hi!
I'm new to this forum and happy to have found it.
I am an Italian-American living in the Middle East. There are many ingredients here that are foreign (and intriguing) here and many others not available to us here that we are used to cooking with.
Thanks for providing the service to help us through the cultural divide :crazy: we're experiencing in the kitchen!

Hello ExPat! We're glad you found us, and we're sure you'll visit often. We have members from all over the world, including middle east natives. It's very interesting to read about ingredients, cooking methods, and general culinary information from each other.

I'm sure someone will be able to help you if you post questions about food, drink, and culinary customs. In the course of things you can expect to meet some great people and have some fun!
