Thread Starter
I have a favorite cheesecake recipie that is baked in a 9in pan at 500 for 15 min and then at 200 for another 60 min. I would like to make this in a mini muffin pan, but do not know how I should adjust the temperature or time for this. Can anyone help me? Thanks!! :look:

Mini cheesecakes

I have made many a cheesecakes in my time and I have done what you are doing as well...
For doing the small muffin size cheesecakes I would suggest baking them at 300 degree's until done(probably 30-50 min.) They are small and could brown easy so I would put a piece of parchment paper on the rack above them to sheild them from the heat...try it out...
