Aloha everyone from sunny Maui. My name is Joni and I live in Kula, upcountry Maui. Given the opportunity I bake or try out new receipes of any kind, but especially stir fries and risottos. We are blessed to have a small organic farm with avocados, mangos, oranges, lemons, limes, peaches, kiffer limes, tahitian grapefruit & bananas along with a huge home garden at our fingertips.
